* If you are selected as a vendor, we will be asking you to provide a photo of your power plug (to aid our technical crew in preparing for your arrival), a copy of your business permit (if you are local), and you will need to fill out a Lambton Public Health Vendor Application Form. Concessionaires must adhere to all City of Sarnia fire safety regulations.
